Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial and Operations Coordinator to manage our company's daily financial activities and contribute to the smooth operation of our eVisa processing. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking to contribute in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The role is essential in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and operational efficiency in the eVisa process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Financial Management:
    • Handle day-to-day company expenses, revenues, and miscellaneous costs.
    • Track and categorize all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
    • Maintain financial records and receipts for audits and future reference.
    • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly expense reports.
  2. Bookkeeping:
    • Record all financial transactions in the company’s bookkeeping system.
    • Monitor cash flow and reconcile financial discrepancies.
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
  3. eVisa Operations:
    • Participate in the day-to-day eVisa processing, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of eVisa applications.
    • Handle communication and follow-up with external eVisa agencies or platforms when necessary.
  4. Miscellaneous Operational Tasks:
    • Assist in the management of other operational tasks as required.
    • Support the team with administrative duties related to financial and visa operations.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Undergraduate or on going (atleast 80% credits completed), Major in Accounting/ Finance. Private University background will get more preferences.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
  • Familiarity with eVisa processing is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheet.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to lead our social media efforts for our eVisas business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across all major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brainstorming & Research:
    • Conduct research to identify the latest trends, audience preferences, and best practices across social media platforms.
    • Generate innovative content ideas tailored to each platform.
  2. Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, stories, videos, and other media.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor social media channels to respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive community by engaging with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
  4. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
    • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Growth & Optimization:
    • Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
    • Experiment with new social media features and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Platform Management:
    • Oversee daily management of our social media profiles on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Ensure content is optimized for each platform’s unique audience and format.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of eVisa or travel industry is a plus.
