Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial and Operations Coordinator to manage our company's daily financial activities and contribute to the smooth operation of our eVisa processing. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking to contribute in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The role is essential in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and operational efficiency in the eVisa process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Financial Management:
- Handle day-to-day company expenses, revenues, and miscellaneous costs.
- Track and categorize all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Maintain financial records and receipts for audits and future reference.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly expense reports.
- Bookkeeping:
- Record all financial transactions in the company’s bookkeeping system.
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- eVisa Operations:
- Participate in the day-to-day eVisa processing, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of eVisa applications.
- Handle communication and follow-up with external eVisa agencies or platforms when necessary.
- Miscellaneous Operational Tasks:
- Assist in the management of other operational tasks as required.
- Support the team with administrative duties related to financial and visa operations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Undergraduated or on going (atleast 80% credits completed), Major in Accounting/ Finance. Private University background will get more preferences.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
- Familiarity with eVisa processing is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheet.
