Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial and Operations Coordinator to manage our company's daily financial activities and contribute to the smooth operation of our eVisa processing. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking to contribute in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The role is essential in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and operational efficiency in the eVisa process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Financial Management:
    • Handle day-to-day company expenses, revenues, and miscellaneous costs.
    • Track and categorize all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
    • Maintain financial records and receipts for audits and future reference.
    • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly expense reports.
  2. Bookkeeping:
    • Record all financial transactions in the company’s bookkeeping system.
    • Monitor cash flow and reconcile financial discrepancies.
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
  3. eVisa Operations:
    • Participate in the day-to-day eVisa processing, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of eVisa applications.
    • Handle communication and follow-up with external eVisa agencies or platforms when necessary.
  4. Miscellaneous Operational Tasks:
    • Assist in the management of other operational tasks as required.
    • Support the team with administrative duties related to financial and visa operations.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Undergraduated or on going (atleast 80% credits completed), Major in Accounting/ Finance. Private University background will get more preferences.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
  • Familiarity with eVisa processing is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheet.
